Brava offers native review for any document type allowing users the ability to search and make comments on the content, all without altering the original document in any way. Brava also makes redacting simple, regardless of format and without converting to TIFF. It enables users to search for and redact words or phrases, individually or via a list, so they can search for all privileged data at one time. Users can even apply reasons for redaction, such as “Privileged,” for each search term and add a summary page to the output file citing all reasons used in that document.

Brava’s intuitive Privacy Information Filter allows users to instantly redact and remove privacy data including:

• Social security numbers
• Person’s name (in all forms)
• Addresses
• Phone numbers
• Email addresses

Once document set is finalized, Brava creates a new version of the file as TIFF or PDF for production, storing, or sharing.
